Olive Oil Butter

  • Cut butter into chunks.
  • Put butter in a clean jar.
  • Leave on counter top to get it to soften up faster.
  • When soft, measure out the Olive oil.

  • Pour Olive oil into jar with the softened butter.

  • Use a spoon to stir the mixture very well.

  • The finished product will be nice and creamy.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
